Default Any connection between tightness in chest and neuropathy, including full body SFN and

Can any one tell if there is a connection between verry tight chest, feels like spasm, and the above neuropathies?
Had if for 1 year. Has had all cardiac work up including cardiach cath. Has had complete pulmonary work up wit ct scan, CXR, Pulmonary function test, even bronchoscopy.
Now I am starting to wonder if those small fiber neuropathy can cause muscle spasm in chest muscles and in those muscles between ribs.
I do have terrible paresthesia of arms, with spasm and numbness pins and needle, on the worst days, I end up with arm/hand weakness and tremors of hands.
My chest tightness often comes at the same days that my parashesia is at it's worse.
could there be a connection?
In that case, I do not understand why doctors do not think about the different diagnosis one person has, and connect the dots.
