I often get jolts of pain from differences in temperature, and from wind ........

Don't overlook the possibility of the air conditioner aggravating the situation for you. Although I overheat a lot and have needed air conditioning, especially in the humid weather we have here, I now find the AC can seriously aggravate any/all of my nerve-related issues.

Have you been able to determine if the AC is involved in contributing to a flare of symptoms for you?

I hope you find relief soon!:)

Love All Around,

I didn't buy the device, a doctor friend in England didn't seem to think it would actually help things..

I am thinking about it again...
"Hello, I have posted before regarding a neuralgia (?) and have recently been told to buy a "Cefaly" device. the initial cost is about $400.00 with re-occuring costs of 25.00 (for the needles) I have had no luch with anything over the years and am tempted to try this.....
