Default Strange feeling

I have noticed over the past few days I getva feeling of pressure at the back of my skukl at the bottom it sometimes goes to the top of my head and pressure around eyes I will feel a bit unbalanced but I walk okay if I lie down the feeling go away. I know I ask a lot of questions but only able to see neuro only for second time in December to discuss my issues.
Yes I have had MRI of brain and brainstem with & w/o contrast in july and october no leison or tumors
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this type of symptom
