Default At my wits end, looking for advice

Hey guys.

So its been awhile since Ive been on the forums.

My condensed story (If its too graphic, my apologies, but we're all adults here): Went through a very depressed 3 year period of my life where I was drinking daily and masturbating vigorously daily as well. 2 3/4 years into this period I seemed to have lost about 50-60% sensitivity to my penis.

Following this period, I became completely sober, completely changed my lifestyle habits to being very healthy. Started supplementing with a bunch of nerve boosters: Mag, benfotiamine, b12 5000mcg, etc etc.

Ive had an NCV, EMG, MRI, all have come back essentially normal. There are others that suggest it is due to tight pelvic floor muscles impinging the nerves somehow. I have been doing yoga, see a PF therapist for this etc.

I have been drinking for the last year but light years behind how I was, very very infrequently. Once every other weekend or every 3 weekends. Just social and controlled. Different neurologists said that should be fine.

But with all this supplementing, tests done, physical therapy, my sensitivity has not gotten any better and I am getting truly to the end of the line here. No one seems to have an answer to what is going on. I do not see it possible to live the rest of my life with sex never feeling pleasurable and only like benign friction. I feel like im in some sort of sick prolonged nightmare. It is 100% unacceptable and I cannot wrap my head around having no sex life. I really need to find a solution as I dont think I could EVER adapt to this.

Really really looking for advice. I don't know what to do. Thanks so much guys.

What is your medication history; have you been on any SSRIs (antidepressants)?

Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction
