I was just lying down not a lot of jerking but tingling on one side of my hip and then the other later I also have had it in my back I can now feel more of the buzzing rhythmic sensations as in my feet up to my knees but why a tingle other areas like the surface of my skin? I don't want this all over and hope settles as time goes by

I know I can rub areas of my skin and make them burn it seems

I just want to be sure PN is not moved into other areas from the chiro I did have him use the flexion distraction table on me many times He kept saying it won't make my vertebrae slip any farther and it was fine. After many times of this I told him it was hurting too much...but tingles in my head and top of my hips and it does in my back which runs horizontially is just all so strange
