Default Can anything you do make PN worse?

Since I have a lot of joint issues and tingling now for some reason I am trying to figure out what is what??

So would PN always start with feeling moving up your body from feet or hands? There is nothing that you can do that will make this move to other areas-it is a natural progression of the condition?

would tingling or waves of nerve sensation that move down your arms or legs be from other area nerves in spine or neck?

I have some localized spots that are now burning on the back of my leg on and off again this would be spinal as burning is not moving up from the feet?

I don't know why the jerks have started so bad even after sleep and tingling in many different places even on my hips for a minute or back here and there. My whole system as I said before is way off now for some reason... Thanks for any input
