Default question about alcohol induced neuropathy...

not sure what happened to my first ever topic but i will retype it "cliffs style"... been sober one week today... taking b-1, folic acid, b12, d3, magnesium, potasum, l-taurine, and fish oil... have had AIN, for a year now, and the biggest issue has been in my coordination/gait with my walking...

i cant run anymore, but i am seeing improved coordination just even in a week... my question is to anyone that is recovering and had gait issues is this... can you run, and if you can not do you think i might ever get that back???
