Default Diet and Fainting Sensations

I went on a major diet (50 lbs in 2 months) while drinking heavily. I have developed peripheral neuropathy as a result. Most recently, I feel sensations of fainting after eating but not always. I also feel some pressure around my heart. Is there certain foods that I am not supposed to be eating? Thanks for your help.

I think you should go see a doctor. Even with PN I have never heard of any food that causes fainting after eating. I'm concerned about your feeling of pressure around your heart. I assuming you saw a doctor who diagnosed your PN, give he/she a call and let them know what's happening. I don't know if your continuing to drink but it causes many deficiencies in the body well as issues with some organs. These could possibly be causing some of your symptoms. Hope you get some answers.

Yes, see a doctor. In the meantime, don't drink heavily (of course none at all would be best) and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens like lettuce, spinach, collard greens, mustard greens, etc. in case you are very deficient in some nutrient. Maybe take some vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin.
