For me, the fake sugar stuff is worse than sugar. I have bad reactions to things like Atkins bars, sugar free ice cream, etc. Real sugar in moderation is better than the fake stuff for me.
That being said, too many carbs of any kind will send me in a flare and just about any alcohol of any kind does too. However, since getting on zyflamend, life it better, more carbs and some alcohol are better tolerated... |
