I use essential oils all the time and you do have to be careful on what and how you use them. I have studied and taken classes on essential oils. They can be very powerful for healing. That said, there's lots of controversy in the EO/Aromatherapy circles these days regarding safety and proper use and can get very frustrating. Much of it centers around internal use and undiluted use of the oils. Do Terra and Youngliving both advocate pretty liberal use of their oils which can be troublesome to the novice user.

I have never used Do Terra only because they are a multi-level marketing company and you end up paying more to support that structure. I'm sure their product is fine. I prefer to use small, reputable business who work directly with the distillers/farmers.

If you are interested, I'll PM you the two I like and use so you can compare.
