Default Polar Vortex & Weather Change (pain)

I've been having a difficult few weeks since it got so cold. Besides the usual numb feet, I have been experiencing a lot of pain behind my shoulders and down my back. I think they are the fibromyalgia pressure points. Generally my flair ups are few and I don't take many pain meds but I've been taking small doses of flexeral along with tylonal. I'm on Warafin so I am limited. Anyone else experiencing this. I have a heating pad in bed ready for action. today I woke up feeling like I was going to die with shoulder and back pain that also gave me a head ache. I was able to get it all under control, but it makes me appreciate those of you who experience this day after day.
