This is so much information and now I'm very confused. I have so many questions.

That is how PN is. Doctors for the most part are not much help, unless they are specialists for PN only.
Take it slowly, and learn a bit each day. Start with that thread I gave you. And then get a good foot doctor who has experience with soccer players. Those are your best bets to start with. Much of PN is environmental. Fix your exposure, toxin exposure, diet, and habits, and many cases can resolve. The hereditary types require different testing (DNA) to nail accurately. |
That's not unusual—even for the doctors. It takes some time (days/weeks/months) to get up to speed; we're all still learning and there are some things that are still confusing because medicine just doesn't know the answers (yet).
I've found it helps to keep a list open when reading/learning (I use OneNote, but NotePad, Word, whatever will work as well) to take notes, put down questions, keep links & quotes, etc. Doc |
