Default question about small fiber neuropathy

I was reading that this is the stocking/glove distribution before it spreads.
I still am having so much vibration, tingling and buzzing all over -am having more testing done but have not gotten to it yet. It is like I have 3 things going on now with the nerve symptoms.

I am trying to ignore this but is this a prelude to SFN? I will have just a small little spot that feels like it is burning here or there on an arm -leg.
The top of my hand was burning for a few days but seems to have eased off.
It is odd as the vibrations in my feet have lessened some but the legs and rest of the body NOT! Thanks for info
