ARBs are for blood pressure (hypertension) too. They may be linked to bradykinin like the ACE inhibitors, and therefore difficult for some patients to use.

Examples are Cozaar, and Benicar. Benicar has been used in
patients with sarcoidosis.

There is only a 30% response however. That is not so great, IMO.
Phase II usually is about 5 yrs out, unless they get an FDA approval via the "fast tract".

But it is worth watching.
