Interesting. What I've read online indicates that it takes high doses of B6 over a long period of time to cause symptoms. But I had a major increase in neuropathy symptoms after taking moderate doses of B vitamins for a few months, then the symptoms improved a lot when I cut back on the supplement. Two different doctors suggested that the B vitamins (my blood levels of B6 are pretty high) could be a factor in the neuropathy.

Okay so this is very interesting. I quit ALL supplements upon my doctor's advice back on Thursday. I am already feeling better. Who knows if it is that or I was just having a flare and am on the backside of it.
My B6, B12 and B1 levels always come back as high. Since everything I read and have been told was that other than B6, the other B vitamins are good for neuropathy these levels did not concern me. Perhaps some of us are sensitive to supplementation and unfortunately cannot follow the sticky thread regime?
I am unsure about the histamine factor for myself but worth investigating. And I disregarded the night shade vegetables until reading it again from a few of you especially my new found expert Mrs. D. I had an avocado tomato salad with a homemade dressing that also included red chili powder and my feet were bothering me that same night. There must be a relation there....
Oh it is getting exhausting thinking of all the things I cannot have these days
