Post Inflammation high, WBC & RBC low, negative Autoimmune

Hello everyone. I'm trying to be patient and wait for my doctor's appointment, but I wanted to ask if there are others out there who have had similar diagnostic results.

I have Fibromyalgia, CRPS, Small Fiber Polyneuropathy & have been given some recent lab results that indicate I am showing vascular injury - vasculitis in my skin cells.
