Default Quads and hip flexors wasting

even though I have been doing everything I can do to exercise. First post so I hope it works. Been trolling for weeks and have not seen matching symptoms.( I am special right) Head-on collision 7 months ago, went to spine surgeon and was dx w/pn and told to go home and lose weight.I also have constant low-back dull pain. Was 280 lbs now 240 lbs and no better. My first question for those who would know is, will the muscles reach a stopping point or am I headed for harder times? Using a walker now.

I have the info from 200 pages of stories and am on some of Mrs.D"s supplements. I am diabetic, and I know that my B-12 level was @ 119 at the time of the accident. I thank all board vets for giving hope and education for all us deer in the headlights. I found this forum from a printout from a chiropracter. Be careful, the monkeys are learning.haha. Thanks
