Default supplements

I was wondering do most of you take a multi vitamin in addition to B vitamins and such?

I know about most of the supplements those of you are taking but do you take any single vitamins like Vitm E and K as well or just a multi to cover a broad spectrum of vitamins?

one other thing I know carpal tunnel is a form of PN but could that cause whole body neuropathy?? I had surgery and still have it... also have ulnar nerve pinching

I do not take any supplements or medications. As far as medications, I have a high tolerance for pain which I live with most all of the time.

I would get tested for B12 and Vit D. That is a beginning.

Without knowing what is going on with you, except long term use of statins, it would be difficult to recommend anything to you.

Because of the statins I think you should be on at least CoQ-10.

And I would get that neck looked at by a specialist to see if you have compressions there.
