As for sleep, well, it's 2am now as I write. I'm wide awake. I'll go to sleep in about an hour and wake up around 8am. I think part of what makes it hard to get to sleep is, by laying there in bed, there is no distractions. Nothing to compete with my pain for my attention. So, there I am, stuck thinking about my pain. And when I finally get to sleep it often greets me with bizzaare nightmares. Fun stuff! You are not alone! |
