Hi. I just saw your post, and I am sorry for your neuropathy from Agent-Orange exposure. First I just wanted to ask you to look up this web side. It is the main page of a local support group for neuropathy. This group's president is a Vietnam Veteran, from what I understand. The site has special articles regarding veterans with peripheral neuropathy and Agent-Orange exposure. I will recomend this site especially for you. There is also a disc to order with lots of information on living with peripheral neuropathy. I think you will identify with the author/and president. www.NeuropathySupportNetwork.org Regarding coping with pain: There are a lot of supplement that are recomended. I take Methyl B 12 (from vitamin store, and take on empty stomac), Vitamin D3- 3000 units, CoQ 10, Fish Oil.2 capsules a day, . There is one called Alph Lipoic Acid ( but it gave me heartburn) I think these supplements are supposed to help with the neuropathy pain. I also have tried the Morton Epson Cream to legs. But I do take some medication for the pain, hoping to come off some, because they do have diseffects. Hope you can find a way to deal with everything by the way, with the amount of problems you have, should you not be on disability????? I do think you should look up that site c \ |
