Here is another from your authors from 2003:

Often authors present findings in more than one place...
A search for Thom Rooke MD brought up this one:
Takes an eternity to load however at Google books.

There is also a version for a fee at Elesivier and Science Direct.
So email would be best for you.

No thank you, I don't need a copy as yet. Thanks for offering.;)

Here are the PubMed entries... 2 of which say there is no standard treatment etc:

Predictable Once-daily flareup of hot, red feet

My partner has EM, based on classical signs as presented to her doctor (the doctor made the presumptive diagnosis). My partner reports that her fees flare up about the same time every day...after 4pm. She is also heat-intolerant the rest of the say.She also has Parkinson's Disease and hypertension, both of which are controlled with medication. She is 69yrs old and fairly active (walks several miles every day...with a cane).

Do others experience predictable flare ups of EM? Or is her presentation an odd one?

Thank you.
