I was diagnosed with Idiopathic SFN and have lots of interesting symptoms. I have been experiencing a lot of foot sweat lately and was wondering what lotions, oils or powders help with this. Also I have weaned off the gabapentin and have started a vitamin program and diet similar to the wing haven sticky post. How do folks get a good night sleep as I don't seem to sleep very deep and wake up nervous. I have been taking .5 klonapin before bed with 500 MG of naproxen. I fall asleep easy but only seem to get 5 to 6 hours of sleep or if woken up I can't go back to sleep. Just looking for helpful hints for sleep or the anxiety.
