Unhappy Paresthesias and fasciculations

Hi,

I'm new to this forum. What can be said about my symptoms linked below? What would be the prognosis, in your opinion? Contributing doctors welcome.

SYMPTOMS -

ARE SUDDEN, MULTI-FOCAL AND BRIEF;

EXPERIENCED DAILY AND INTERMITTENTLY;

SURFACED DURING WALKING REGIMEN OF 3 MILES AND WEIGHT LOSS;

CAUSE ANXIETY. MAY BE TRIGGERED BY IT;

HAVE IMPROVED IN SOME AREAS AND EMERGED IN OTHERS - BUT PERSIST;

SEEM TO RESPOND TO TEMPERATURE, POSITION, ACTIVITY;

INCLUDE -

- CRAMPING OF CALF, TOES , STOMACH MUSCLES
- STOCKING SENSATION WITH TENDERNESS BETWEEN ANKLE AND CALF
- COLD CURRENT ON MUSCLES BETWEEN RIB CAGE AND BELLY BUTTON
- EYES PARESTHESIA
- FACE PARESTHESIA DURING EXERCISE
- BI-LATERAL FEET PARESTHESIA, TINGLING, TENDERNESS - WALKING, LYING DOWN
- EPILEPTIFORM ACTIVITY, HEADACHES AND SLEEP MYOCLONUS
- HANDS FALL ASLEEP AND RESOLVE WITH REPOSITIONING
- FASCICULATIONS WHILE AWAKE OR ASLEEP
- BI-LATERAL TENDER FINGERTIPS. SHOCK-LIKE SENSATIONS ON RIGHT ARM, HANDS
- SUSPECTED NERVE ENTRAPMENT AT ELBOWS

CURRENT A1C IS 5.4.

DEHYDRATION RESOLVED.

VITAMIN D2 DEFICIENCY RESOLVED WITH 2000 IU DAILY.

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID AND ACETYL L CARNITINE 1600 MG DAILY.

PASSIFLORA 500 MG DAILY.

CPAP THERAPY FOR OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA AND HYPOXIA.

HEART DOCTOR EXCLUDED POOR PULSES AND EDEMA. EYE DOCTOR EXCLUDED OPTIC NERVE ABNORMALITY. PRIMARY DOCTOR INCLUDED ANXIETY.

QUALITY OF LIFE WITH SYMPTOMS ALONE IS ABOUT 90+%
