Default Wellbutrin Experience

I tried Wellbutrin once when trying to quit smoking. I don't know any use for the drug in the PN world, but I still use nicotine and know that some may try to use this drug to kick nicotine. Please don't quit this stuff "Cold Turkey"!!! I have always considered myself quite balanced and grounded in reality, but I felt suicidal for the first in my life. I had read that suicidal thoughts and actions had occured in teenagers. It was this knowledge that gave me the assurance that I needed to continue. The awful feelings continued for a couple weeks but I was too stubborn to start taking the Welbutrin again. I wouldnt wish this withdrawal on my enemy. I was in my fifties at the time. Thanks to all who share their PN experience. Ken in Texas
