Default About wrists

Now I did ask about wrists before, but being a bit more specific this time, I have 'working diagnosis' of SFN of unknown cause
Both my wrists are painful if I take weight on them ie like a press up and are stiff first thing, is this expected in SNF? If so any advice on managing this
