Like restless legs? I have lymphedema in my arm. I take arimadex, which is known to cause joint pain. Boy, does it ever! It gave me trigger thumb, did the shot, resolved. Had cellulitis in the arm. Still swollen.
For the past 2 weeks I'm waking up several times with my thumb and first finger rubbing together. My thumb nail looks scratched. There are no other symptoms, itching, burn, numb, just this constant motion when I'm sleeping. Like RLS. Can this be what it is? Who to see? Neuro? Oncologist? Rhumey?

No I don't think the arimadex is the cause. It's known for joint pain, this seems to be more like twitches. It's almost constant rubbing together.
