Hi there,
I have PN in my toes. They were not moving at all and I had a tingling sensation where my toes met my feet. After doing research here and absorbing some of the knowledge that has been posted, I started taking B12 one month ago. It is the Methl 2500 mcg dosage. I have noticed that I can start to bend my toes ever soo slightly on both feet. So, I am excited and hopefully will prove the docs wrong when they said that nothing can be done to help me. Thanks for listening ![]() Gene |

That is wonderful... Keep it up. You will probably need the B12 for life. So don't think you are cured eventually...as it might all relapse on you.
We are so lucky to have access to methylcobalamin at such low prices, that can fix the damage that low B12 causes, for just pennies a day. Thanks for the update. ![]()
