The OTC TENS unit I previously mentioned has been launched. I don't really know much about TENS in general, but for some reason this is causing excitement.

My dad lent me his tens when my neuropathy started. One of my major problems is muscle spasms. While it was on, it felt good because it distracted me from the shooting pains, but if I left it on for more than 10 minutes it triggered deeper muscle spasms. I think it fired my confused nerves up even more and my muscles responded in a terrible way.
I know that some people get relief from them though, but just wanted to advise for people with neurological muscle spasms.

Thanks for that. Since this comes with a 60 day money back policy, I might try it at some point just to see what happens.

Yes, I use one on my hands and feet and while it's on there is no pain. Sometimes after turning it off the pain didn't come back for hours but that was in the early days and I haven't had to use it lately but I'm having a relapse or heading further down the road to ruin. Anyway for my issues it worked.
