Even though this article is about reversing memory loss in those with Alzheimer, I think everyone who has been using life style changes to address their PN may find this interesting. There appears to be many suggestions that overlap with what people are doing to improve their PN.

I am hopeful in the future that they can do more qualitative studies that shows common sense with how some disease processes develop with our industrialized world habits.
