Default How long did it take for supplements to start working?

Hello,

In your experience, how long did it take for RLA, GLA, B12, etc. to work (in whatever capacity you describe) for you?

Thanks so much!

Thumbs up For what it is worth

Hi Baba, 18 months later, my b-12 went from 119 to in the 900's. I have no other difinitive numbers. I am a little bit stronger and a little less miserable. I know that taking care of oneself is better than the opposite. I can only speak for myself, I hope that others may have more exiting results. For me, knowing that I am doing what I can with what I have may be all I can hang onto. Having an active hand in my journey mat be more valuable psycologically than any thing else. In this journey I have learned that ones own body puts up roadblocks to fast recovery. Some of the cutting-edge research is involved with trying to suppress these roadblocks to nerve regeneration. The roadblocks are there for a reason and I cannot imagine a worse horror movie plot than a person with runaway reprogramming of motor and sensory nerves. As far as I can tell, most of what I call, roadblock knockdown, is still in rats and mice. I do not intend to discourage you,far from it, get involved, learn more, and join those of us that has had patience forced upon us. Good Luck Ken in Texas.

Hi Baba,
Keep in mind it is best to start one supplement at a time. This way you can determine which ones work for you.
