Default Could this be neuropathy?

I'm writing this in the hope that someone may have thoughts. I have had Lupus for many many years and lately have developed burning pain on the insides of my arms. The right arm is clearly worse during flares but the left arm from my armpit almost to elbow is constant. The odd thing is that it is worse when I swallow, particularly when swallowing food/drink and also yawning. I also have weak resp muscles - particularly my diaphragm which is scoring just 32 when it should be 65+. Could the swallowing/yawning pain be related to the phrenic nerve which in turn is affecting my diaphragm? No Drs have yet tried to work out why my diaphragm is weak hence this post. Hope someone can shed some light.
