Smile Scuttled by Skittles

Was in front of the house and waiting for the trick or treaters. Looked into the washtub(anyone remember those) sized container and remembered how good Skittles were. Well, one treat turned into six and I finally got up and got away, before it turned into a frenzy. It was still early and not quite dark, maybe around 7 PM. By the time I went to bed at 11;30, my legs from the knees down felt as though I had fallen into burning coals. I knew it was a snake when I picked it up so I am not griping, just hope that I am not the only one that lapses in discipline. Also if I had any doubt about sugars(which I didn't) and the tie to Neurapathy here is another example. I feel better today and I hope that there are no more dues to be paid. I was hungrier than normal this morning and had some extra protien. Apologies for all the self absorbtion, hope youse guys fared better, good luck, Ken in Texas.
