To rebel against Australia's lack of Thanksgiving, today I eat turkey and give thanks for my family.

Happy thanksgiving everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. A hard year, dealing with exacerbation of symptoms despite massive dietary/life style changes. I know the changes helped, just not the way I was hoping- unrealistic.

My wife made me an incredible vegan shepards pie and some farro based stuffing, my favorite part of Thanksgiving.

My best,

Jon
