Default Medical cannabis alternative ?

Im curious if one of these might help my neuropathy like the real thing did ( prob not I suspect ) , but does any one know for sure ?

I mean , will this eliquid basically be the same as medical cannabis ( without the high factor ) or just scented to taste like it ?

I've recently started using medical marijuana; I haven't tried hemp oil but have tried a couple of cannabis oils with a relatively high proportion of CBD (e.g. 15% CBD with 40% THC). What I've read is that the CBD and THC (and other components) complement each other, and that ratios of 1-to-1, 2-to-1, or 5-to-2 CBD to THC, are more effective than CBD alone. This type of strain seems to be very much in demand and I haven't yet been able to get that type of oil.

My doctor said that just like prescription medications, MMJ products affect individuals differently and that one has to find their most effective medication by trial and error.

I use this product at bedtime and what I've experienced so far is that pain relief occurs within a few minutes, but the CBD seems to wear off sooner than the THC. So my pain recurs in a couple hours but I'm still too high to want to use the product again. And sometimes just so "couch-locked" (a new expression I've learned ) that I can barely make myself roll over or sit up to do anything about it even if I wanted to. A higher ratio of CBD would apparently diminish the psychoactive effects of the THC.

I use a vape pen that looks identical to the one you referenced and am very happy with this method of delivery. Since my worst pain is when I'm in bed, I can keep the vape pen on my nightstand and barely have to disturb my sleep to reach for it, take a few hits, and go right back to sleep.

Worked for me. Ate a nice big brownie, a tad too much of very good stuff...my family kept looking at me and laughing. (Grandma was stoned.) Worked like a charm but then again, I didn't have to go to work or drive a car. Works way better than narcotics. I don't like feeling like I am 'on' something, so, I would like to see a MMJ practitioner to figure out what is best for me so I get pain relief without feeling wonky...and I really felt wonky...altitude sickness+a Rocky Mtn High=one mellow granny. Edibles take a while and by the time you realize you are wonky, you are stuck with it for a while. Dosing with some one knowledgeable is best. Fortunately, one sleeps it off and feels great the next day, unlike narcotics or benzos.

Frankly tho, I think the less that big pharma tinkers in MMJ the better....why ruin a good thing?

I am seriously considering moving to Colorado. It's too cold here and there is no way my state will do MMJ. Right now, it's acetaminophen for me...all the other stuff causes horrid autonomic issues for me.

Speaking of cold, it has been a brutally cold winter here in Colorado with many days below zero.

We left on the 27th when it was getting cold. I had a chance to try a few products, though none were medicinal , in that the CBD was not the focus.

The time frame in Colorado plus caring for my ill child kept my research light, but I know this for me- if legal here I'd much rather take a few 10 mg candies or an ounce or two of an enhanced beverage or a few tokes than tramadol. To me the THC was mood enhancing with some analgesia. I've always found it pleasant, but given the perpetual state of discomfort I feel, it was even more welcome.

Oh yeah, it was super cold the 27 th. :P

Glad you had a good time. I too am in a perpetual state of discomfort. My biggest problem here is the altitude. Despite living in Colorado for over 30 years, the elevation seems to exacerbate my symptoms more than anywhere. I try to get away as much as possible as sea level seems to be the best possible place for my head-to-toe excruciatingly antagonistic neuropathy (say that 5 times fast).
