Can someone interpet this test result for me?

Can someone interpet this test result for me?

Just got out of the hospital, I understand most of my test results except this one. I know this has to do with my heart but my Doctor did not mention this resul. It says Calcific Coronary arteriosclerosis EBCT 9/09 LM 30.85 LAD :19.54 CX and RCA :0. Thanks for any clarification on what this means.
