Last night I popped up after 20 minutes in bed. This is not uncommon as I typically wake up the first time in the night within the first hour of lying down. It is part of my evening as much as taking supplements.

Last night was accompanied by nausea, joint pain and stiffness, spasmed muscles in my lower leg, back of my upper arm and forearms as well as some zapping for good measure. Lotion. Couch. I got as restful as allowed by the situation and "rested" for my nightly sleep. The numbness in my fingers was in Keystone cops mode.

Considering my situation I killed it at work. I left early, though. It is something I can't do all the time, though it is really beneficial.

I may have iverdone it at PT and I had to shovel 8 days in a row- lots of snow and bitter cold here.

Flowing like embellishments from Brian Williams.
