Default Gross Tremor

The other day I was standing up and telling my mother something kind of funny and was actually in a pretty ok mood considering my new circumstances. I was holding some nuts in my right hand and it started going back and fourth by itself. I took the nuts out of my hand with the other hand it it still went for a few seconds. I started screaming and my mother told me to calm down. When it stopped, she said I had a "gross tremor". I am so upset. I called my dr. and he didn't know what to make of it. Now this morning, I was holding my cell phone and it happened again. I was able to figure out that it is happening when my hand in an upright position. Then I turned my left hand into the same position and it happened. I have already been having a hard enough time. My hands have been shaky and I feel internal shaking and buzzing at night already. Now this. I don't even know what to think.
