Default PN and Siaticia

Aloha.... I just made a amazing possible connection. Yes, I have had PN for 20yrs and yes I have had Sciatica low back pain for years. I have and still am a heavy lifter and hard worker. I have been to doctors for both but none have tied the two together that a pinched nerve in my low back L3,L4 could cause my feet to go numb, and scream. Have any of you good folks ever had experience with a doctor tying the two together? and treatment? I did have a steroid shot a few years ago... yikes and little relief. Here is the link that got me to thinking... much more to read. but again I feel hope

PS... I have been layed up for 2 days with Peroneal tendonitis... working in the yard and thought I hurt my foot but now am thinking it stemmed from the low back ... I did feel tightness in the low leg but just kept on going...
