Default could this be neuropathy, need some insight?

about a month ago, i took diphenhydramine, dxm, phenyleprine, acetomeniphen in a mixture for a first time, and experience drowsiness, and then i noticed i loss my taste and my smell, over the weeks i noticed pins and needles on left side of body, but frequently on my right side as well. The loss of sensations is also apparent, it includes loss of sensations of bowel movement(not knowing poop until its about to exit), full or empty bladder, full or empty stomach(dont know when im hungry or not, just the fact that i still can eat. Other loss of sensation is, unable to feel breath in the lungs, and in the nose as well. I did experienced dry. mouth initially, but it was from the diphenhydramine, i have no idea what this is, could this sogrens? I also have tachycardia. vision issue, the eyes keep trying to refocus on images, gets blurry often (i do have some near sightness, but this was so sudden), as well as sparks, floaters on peripheral vision, increased in floaters.
the pins and needles also are on my left side, but have move all around my face, and now is on the right side. It seems to wax and wane as well. 1 week i have the pins and needles, the next its gone or diminished, but then it comes back with a vengeance and with new areas. mY SENSE of smell and taste never returns to a 100%, 90-95 loss, to 50% loss some weeks.

Default MORE INFO. neuropathy

i WOULD like to add im vit d deficient, and i requested to be tested for more deficiencies, she refused and only did b12, and CBC count, to check iron. i was kinda mad that she dint want to test for more. During my pcp visit 2 weeks ago, she tried to insinuate that all the pins and needles loss of sensations i was feeling, was point to my head. and tried to point it to genetics.

Yes, it could be neuropathy, and I would recommend you get a referral to a neurologist. A PCP won't be able to do all the testing you need done.

i already went to one on tuesday, she refused to do anymore tests besides b12 and CBC blood count. a specialist is in 2 months(i dont think it will be a nuero though, a mRI would be sufficient to delve into my mysterious illness). I already broungt up the LYME question, bcuz i was in tick area in the BAY AREA IN 2011, BUT WE TOOK EVERY PRECAUTION. I think all the symptoms ive been suffering could all be traced back to the parietal lobe, unknown damage? My symptoms fluctuate between each week, pins and needles for a whole week, subsides, then comes back worse or more constant on more areas of the skin. the pins and needles affect mostly the left side of my face, but also frequently affect my right side. the loss of internal sensations is the most significant, because i can barely feel any.

Default more info

Since the doctors im seeing now IS MEDI-CAL welfare, i dont expect appts anytime soon. The doctors im seeing now is already dismissing my concerns, because i had to open my mouth about having kaiser records, which showed numerous blood tests and mri over 2 years ago, as being normal. Now they are going to based thier own diagnosis on my original kaiser records, making them have a bias perspective into my questions.
