Default Brain injury cause these symptoms?

more than a month ago, i took diphenhydramine with dxm, 1 pill each, and developed a sudden loss of smell and taste. Over the weeks i noticed i loss sensation in my internal organs(no sense of fullness or emptyness), the pins and needles was mostly on my left side, but frequently on my right side as well. About 2-3 weeks ago i went to a PCP MEDI- WELFARE doctor, and she kept pointing out my symptoms are hypochondria, or mental, and genetics. She said i had a vit d deficiency, but did not tell how low was it, she prescribed 2000iu per day(she dint want to do 4000 ui because she was afraid of some nuerological conditions lol). The loss of sensation fluctuates between 50-30% on a weekly basis, and within the last few days, it dropped to 99% loss of smell. my other loss of sensations also suprises me as well. She is testing for b12 deficiency and cbc blood count, but refused to check for other deficiency, since i know the other ones can also cause neuropathy. is this likely a VIT deficiency, or brain injury. Smell is now 99%gone(within the last few days)
I already looked at MS, parkinsons, thyroid(i dont know maybe),diabetes, even lyme disease.
Could this b12,b5,b1,b3, E deficiency?
before that day i took the mixture, i already was on Diphenhydramine for several weeks. Early in dec i had a bad case of cold virus(everyone in my city had it , dad passed it on to me) recovered from it, had severe sneezy episode for 2-3 days, but coughing lasted 1-2 weeks. Now the loss of smell all happened at the same time as my other neurological symptoms. I also had myclonis and RLS few days after i took benadryl, dextromorphan, acetomeniphen(tylenol).
I remember when i was doing pushup i bumped the top of my head on a drawer knob and it hurt it alot, could it have caused a DELAY response in damage? THIS happened the week before i lost the smell.
oVERALL the smell and taste flucatuated between 30-50% never reaching normal or close to normal olfaction, and it finally dropped to almost 100% gone. My taste of flavor is severely diminished, i still can still taste sour, sweet, umami, salt, bitter(taste is wired differently).
I still have sensations of pain, itchyness, and touch. only internal sensations, or subtle sensations cant be detected.
