Default Urinary incontinence and sensory small fiber neuropathy

Okay,

Each month or so just gets more interesting.
So the last day or so, I have wet on myself (sorry for the graphic nature).
I had to change clothes three times this morning.
It just comes on and I don't even realize I have to go.

Is this the SFSN?

Will they now send me to a nephrologist (kidney doctor) first?

TIA
