Default Solicitation for pain cream

So, I feel like I am in the twilight zone.

I got a phone call recorded message stating that I was approved for a FDA pain cream?

Don't know how they knew about my medical condition.

Any ideas, wise ones?

Hello baba

I just looked in search engine and there are lots of recent entries for spam phone calls and pain cream.

There's another one in the US for free medical alert devices.

They called them robo calls.

Since my diagnosis, I have been getting all kinds of calls for pain relief and senior citizen medical supplies. Some how our phone numbers get sold to telemarketers. Maybe the pharmacy? Maybe google search/ Facebook?? It sure is an invasion of privacy.

Get your phone # on the "do not call list"
https://www.donotcall.gov/

Don't give out your number at stores/businesses/online , unless you are applying for credit or there is an actual reason to give it out.
most places do not require this info! *just say none or all 00's... or NA..

Marketing is everywhere. I tried out a used car and gave my phone # for contact and within four days, I was recieving preapproved financing cards in the mail from OTHER dealers. Oh to be young again, I would give it a try off the grid. Good Luck, Ken in Texas. P.S. Baba, it sounds like you are doing all the right stuff from your earlier post. I guess when all the low hanging fruit is gone the hunt gets harder.

HA!!!

That was on World News the other night - UNREAL !!

THOUSANDS of people getting the same calls, and ending up with super expensive creams at their doorsteps which the insurance companies DENY thus leaving them with brutal balances to be paid! How ironic is this after I just saw it last night! Look it up!

It was Downing Labs that was behind it and during the interview the owner got all huffy and stormed off the set saying she didnt want to talk anymore! lol

Lightbulb

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/investig...ted-pain-meds/

and the comments are very interesting too.

Just don't ever even answer the phone if you don't know the #.
Never give out any information to a telemarketer.
And never put your phone # on FB.
