Default compounding cream

Has anyone had any luck w a cream rx. For PN. My podiatrist ordered from a compounding pharmacy. It is mixture of calcium channel blockers (helps blood flow), neurotin, imirprine (antidepressant). I started using for tarsal tunnel pain in ankles.
I guess it takes 2 wks to start working.
