Hi All,
I wanted to update on my trial of Curcumin. I'm taking Terry Naturally CuraMed with clinically studied BCM-95. It is suppose to be the best absorbed form of Curcumin.
I've been taking it for about two weeks now. I can't say it is helping with my neuropathy but it is working very well for other things.
I was having a lot of pain in my knees and ankles. I'm not kidding so far it feels 90% better.
It's expensive $50 for 2 months. If it keeps working I don't mind paying that. I had really started to have trouble with stairs due to the pain in my ankles and knees. If you have arthritis or some other type of joint problems this may be worth giving a try.
Hopeful
Also forgot to say no stomach upset at all from this
