Default Pins and needles progressing to actual pinpricks? MYSTERY.

I posted on here several weeks ago, got few answers. anyways, my idiopathic osteopathy, started with loss of smell, internal loss of sensations, suddenly when i took dph, dxm, dextro, phenyleprine, acetomeniphen over 2 months ago.
anyways, one of the more annoying symptoms were they constant moving, disappearing and reappearing pins and needles. At first they were intense. Like when your limbs are waking up you feel that feeling, but not its only different parts of the hand not the whole limb, as with nerve compression. over the weeks and now months it move from place to place. It has been on my face:jaw line, outside and inside the nose, lips, tongue, hard palate. feet and somewhat above the ankles. Originally it was more frequent on the left side of the body, now its starting to appear on the right side as well. In addition i developed twitching and jerking when i first notice the loss of sensations, it began to subside over the days.

FAST foward to last week and this week, i notice my fasiculations are now accompanying the pins and needles now, random twitches on the muscles of my body when im awake, sometimes it is strong enough to become a jerking motion as well. the pins pricks are now become like actual pin pricks, or small insect jabs, with some cool feeling as well. What can it be?
i am currently taking 2000 IU of D3 vitamin a day, im taking 2k at once. My pcp(i dont really trust her with diagnosis anymore, i went in feb2nd) reccommended 4000iu, but quickly went to 2k, because she was afraid of causing "itching" issues, she never told me how low the deficiency was. Shouldnt i be taking 4k instead?
