Lip biopsy for Sjogrens numb

I had my lip biopsy done on Monday afternoon. It now Saturday and my bottom lip is still numb and almost like a burning feeling if I lick my lips. It is the same exact feeling of novacaine. I feel like I have a huge fat lip even though most of the swelling is gone.
