Default Stress

Does anyone else suffer from flare-ups caused by stress? It is a major trigger for me!

I know it doesn't help, but my largest trigger is diet control. If I veer off or don't keep an even keel things spiral.

Shingles- hell yes it is. My garden variety, yes though top three not topping the charts.

Feel better, Beatle.

It absolutely seems to be one of the worst triggers for me. Possibly weather changes as well?
