Wink Curcumin--the new NOW LongVida one...

Well, today is day two of this new highly absorbable curcumin that contains the LongVida licensed product. LongVida supplied the curcumin for many of the recent medical studies on the systemic anti-inflammatory effects for curcumin.

This is the one I purchased:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

In the past, I tried others, that were less absorbable, and had GI upsets from them and discontinued.

So yesterday was my first dose (it recommends one a day).
Today was dose 2, and really I had no expectation of it helping my muscle/tendon pain, which is terrible lately. But I am noticing two things that are new for me.

1) today my shoulder/collarbone pain is gone. It has been terrible every day for the past month.

2) last night I had tremendous nerve zings in my feet and legs.
Mostly around my ankles. I had to put Biofreeze on liberally just to fall asleep. (that did work well). Today I have no zings at all. I did get a burrito at Baja yesterday, instead of my bland guacamole one that I usually have, and it was a bit spicey. I wonder if the peppers in it activated my nightshade problem?
Or was it the curcumin activating numb nerves instead? I'll find out tonight I guess.

I am really hoping the arthritis/tendon pain is being improved by the CurcuBrain product however...It would be a wonderful
thing, and maybe turn out to be helpful for others here with mixed nerve and musculoskeletal pain.

I have this product too. It did not help with my NP but it does seem to be helpful with inflammation.

I hope it helps you Mrs D!
