A while ago I switched to the Atkins diet to try and drop some stubborn weight and it hit me that there was a dramatic drop in pain levels. Well of course during the induction phase your only allowed 20g of carbs total and zero sugar/day.
The penny finally dropped.

Lose pain and lose weight at the same time...has to be a winner!
