Default Question About Pupils and Dilation

Ok so I'm wondering if this ties into my PN. For years I've noticed when coming from a bright room into dark or from outside into the house my pupils don't synch up. One eye will be very difficult to see out of while the other eye is better. It's like I'm temporarily blind in one eye.

Anyone get this? Recent brain and cervical spine MRI with and w/o contrast was normal.
